- I revised this and other Quick Reference Guides for Cypress Communications, Inc. In the process, I created a new template in Microsoft Word for this document type that is easier to use and is more stable.
- Technical Illustration

- This layered isometric illustration was one of many I created with Corel Draw 12 for Hitachi Telecom (USA), Inc. This depicts a fiber-optic telecommunications system cabinet with installed circuit cards.

- I completely revised the original manufacturer manual to rebrand it for Cypress Communications, Inc, reformat it with a new Word template, and describe the calling features based on my own product tests.
- White Paper

- I ghost-wrote this and two related white papers for the Executive Vice President of Marketing at Cypress Communications, Inc. The white paper was published by the ILTA in April 2008.
- Hardware User Manual

- I produced this manual from scratch to describe a new tank gauge transmitter for Varec, Inc. The content describes this complex device using a mix of text, CAD drawings, and diagrams. Produced in Adobe FrameMaker.

- These release notes were created to inform PBX system customers about the feature changes in a new release.
